What we do
Whether you're a healthcare professional, volunteer, or caregiver wanting to learn more about palliative care, we're here to help.
We coordinate initiatives to improve access to high-quality hospice and palliative care in the Champlain region of Eastern Ontario. Our education sessions reach thousands of people on topics such as advance care planning, grief, practical caregiver training and self-care.

Interactive training sessions for healthcare clinical staff who want to increase their confidence in leading serious illness conversations.
Thursday Evening Series
